Noted chapters in the team’s exploration efforts include the Missouri River Falls, traversing the vastly unknown American wilderness, and much more. The facility includes a theater, educational facility and activities space, gift shop, and other historical offerings.

Giant Springs State Park

Bring a picnic and experience the scenic and historic Giant Springs State Park! First recorded by the Lewis and Clark Expedition in 1805, it is one of the largest freshwater springs in the country. Amazingly, the water is a constant 54 degrees year-round and during the cold winter months, water vapor covers the air and soaks the trees in the park, which then forms beautiful ice-covered trees shining in the sunlight. Onsite activities include biking, hiking, fishing, hunting, boating, bird watching, and more!
